At the time of checking out I was told that the booking amt debited from my card rs 8612.00 has not reached the hotel a/C.therefore I was made to pay the amt of rs11837.oo vide receipt no 6588 dtd 11.1.13,whivh includes the payment already made.therefore I was made to pay the amt 8612 twice and it was shocking experience as well as harrasment.it was very sad and tragic experience.

Great Place for New Year Celebration!
Celebrating New Year in this place was amazing! The hotel is perfectly located, with several options for shopping and dining in the area. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The buffet dinner was excellent, offering a great variety of dishes to choose from. , the hotel's rooftop party area was an added advantage and it was fantastic to see the fireworks at midnight from there!
The staff could have been more helpful and efficient. They did not seem to be very well trained, and we had to keep reminding them about our requests.

The room was good enough for a short stay, with a decent bathroom and basic amenities provided. the hotel is in a convenient location, close to major attractions and transport links. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist in any way possible.
The breakfast spread was very limited and not up to the mark. the internet was unreliable, and it was challenging to get a steady connection.

A comfortable and clean stay with prompt room service. The hotel is conveniently located near the main commercial center. The staff, especially the breakfast and dinner service staff, were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel provided hot water consistently, which is not always the case in other hotels. The buffet breakfast had a decent variety and the food was tasty.

The hotel's location is spot on. It's in the centre of town and close to the main commercial centre and Law garden. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay.
